Senior Consultant: Insurance

Your Tasks

• As an experienced specialist, you design end-to-end solutions within the areas of: Underwriting, Claims Management and Technical Accounting as well as Data Strategy, Data Management, Pricing and Finance.
• You are interested in how the reinsurance industry will change in the next few years and what challenges this will bring.
• You enjoy working with reinsurance clients to develop a vision for the future and helping them prepare for it.
• You actively support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their active or passive reinsurance business.
• You accompany all phases of system modernisation or introduction of a complete, new reinsurance platform from business analysis, system implementation (or selection) to process engineering and the design of a target operating model.
• You will be given the opportunity to develop your own skills through a mix of individual support, on the job learning, and training.
• You will be able to leverage the expertise and experience of our senior staff, that are eager to support you.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, engineering, or comparable focus.
• You have several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company in business analysis with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or finance.
• Your project experiences include elements like requirements gathering, process mapping, to be design, data mapping and reconciliation, system integration, test planning and execution, rollout planning and execution, change management and some forms of end user training.
• Experience with other programming languages such as SQL, Python or R are nice to have.
• You have interest in learning from industry experts to build your career in financial risk management.
