Service Delivery Manager (AMS)

Your Tasks

• You will lead an AMS team and be responsible as a delivery manager for different projects
• You will seek to identify additional sales opportunities in your client projects, and support the Sales department in the processing of new tenders, offers etc.
• You will independently create and control the scope, time, milestone planning and costs of large projects for well-known customers
• You will create, manage and staff resources on projects
• You will create a quality management system and continuously improvement of project quality
• You will be the turn-around-management in critical situations and lead escalation discussions up to C-level
• You will monitor resource requirements for engagement and communicates to Senior Manager the need for increase/decrease in team headcount
• You will need to understand key objectives for clients and Q_Perior, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
• You will develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree - preferably in IT or Economics
• Several years of experience in the area of IT Service Delivery or Project Management on IT AMS projects
• Experience in team management
• An independent and structured way of working
• A high level of service orientation and quality awareness
• Strong communication and conflict management skills up to C-Level
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Business fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
