Senior Project Manager Officer

Your Tasks

• You will lead a PMO team or be responsible as project manager for a project or program
• You will independently create and control the scope, time, and milestone planning in large projects for well-known customers
• You will establish risk management to ensure the success of the project
• You will create a quality management system and continuously improvement of project quality
• You will oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder management
• You will also be the turn-around-management in critical situations and lead escalation discussions up to C-level
• You will use your experience to train new PMOs and project managers both internally and on the customer side

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the area of project management on IT projects
• Optional: certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, or others)
• Several years of experience in team management
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Outlook), ideally also in dealing with MS Teams
• An independent and structured way of working
• A high level of service orientation and quality awareness
• Strong communication and conflict management skills up to C-Level
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5-6 times a year)
• Business fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
