Your Tasks
- Analyzing client's data framework, ESG data gaps and technical improvement needs
- Identifying the client's ESG data needs and selecting suitable ESG data provider
- Managing the data sourcing and data integration into the client's data framework
- Supporting the client with data analysis and smooth integration into the research and investment process
- Setting-up stable data management process to allow automated reporting
- Guiding the IT requirement definition and IT delivery end-to-end
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience (ideally as Portfolio Manager or Product Manager)
- Project Management experience (ideally agile/ Scrum)
- Hands-on experience with ESG transformation projects in the financial industry
- Understanding of how to translate EU Action Plan, SFDR, MIFID regulations into financial product requirements and opportunities
- Product expertise across asset classes (Equity, Bonds, Derivatives, Funds, Hedge Funds, Discretionary and Advisory mandates, Real Estate, Commodities)
- Strong affinity for digitalization, tools and platforms and the overall IT delivery
- Fluent English, good German, French or Italian is a plus
