Your Tasks
- Creation of business requirements for the technical implementation of transformation projects focusing on finance, controlling and operations
- Analysis and development of implementation options including the subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments
- Process design and documentation, ideally for closing processes and target operating models (insurance operations and finance)
- Data analysis and support identifying source systems and data for interface and data flow design
- Analysis and visualization of the effects of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes
Your Profile
- Professional experience in management consulting or as in-house consultant with focus on finance and accounting
- Ideally project experience in the areas of IFRS 17, Solvency II and/or Multi GAAP Accounting, forecast and planning
- Several years of insurance experience in finance, operations or data management
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Business proficiency in English
