Your Tasks
- As an associate partner, you advise our clients on their core platform strategy, you develop and place the topic of core insurance products on the market and you are responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.
- You manage our customers in the Digital Transformation of their core business through the introduction of new core systems or the migration to an industry platform.
- As project manager you place the topic of core insurance products on the market.
- You define future-proof, sustainable functional and technical architectures with a focus on core insurance applications.
- You analyze the business requirements for the insurance core processes and define the solution design based on the target platform.
- You manage the subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments.
Your Profile
- Profound professional experience in management consulting or in the insurance industry (ideally in-house consulting)
- Experience in defining IT strategies or Enterprise/Business/IT architechtures.
- Extensive Project Management skills as well as in the organization and moderation of workshops
- Strong track record in business development and sales.
- Leadership experience incl. team building and development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance core processes and solutions.
- Experience in migration projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Business fluency in English
