Your Tasks
- You advise and coach our customers in the insurance environment in agile transformation and digitization projects.
- You develop the approaches to agile transformation and implement the agile transformation roadmap including change and qualification concepts.
- You enrich agile meetings and workshops at technical and executive level through skilled facilitation.
- In all interactions with customers, you represent an outcome orientation to measure agility against the added value for customers.
- You support our team in the continuous development of our services as well as the training of our employees and contribute your own ideas and key topics.
Your Profile
- You possess expertise as a manager and coach
- You have experience in management and planning of consulting projects
- You have methodological knowledge in moderation, change management and team development
- You possess know-how of the insurance environment
- You are confident handling agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps)
- You have very good written and spoken German (at least C1) and English skills
